that is a clear sell signal if i ever seen one .

no wonder news is not out for 4 months going on 5 months .

first of all i called the company and they said news out early november , second insiders are selling and not buying and that is a signal all should not ignore , i hate it when management and i.r. tell me things that are not realistic ,and i'm being polite in the terms i use .   so the technicals show support for this stock is extremly thin , and since they are not informing us and they

your missing my important point , insiders are not buying , and that is a very important thing to noticed . if rmc had great news they would have put it out by now and insiders would be buying tons more shares ,and that is not happening , take notice of that as you post replies .

  On the bright side – If good news is unpublished it is very possible that insiders cannot buy.

Not sure what the specific Canadian rules are but insiders in the US can NOT buy at any time. There are quite a few restrictions for insider buying and selling activity. My guess is TSX rules are very similar. The bottom line is RMC has something in Serbia but what? They have solid cash levels and other assets. The next round of drill holes may not be that great but there were initially pretty
