Bankable Feasibility Study

Does anyone else get Brent Cook's Exploration Insight's? I just recently subscribed after asking aroound who is good at following junior miners and also covers Reservoir Minerals and Lara Exploration. I looked at the recent reports he sent out and found this to be interesting. He said that we are a long way from a feasibility study with a lot of  extensive metallurgical. geotechnical and engineering studies. Here is the interesting part he said it might take underground access to finish the feasibility study. He also said it would take years and ten's if not hundreds of millions of dollars to complete. I do beleive he said he sold half his shares.

Brent Cook sold one-half of his position in RMC during the second half of 2012.  Probably a bit too soon.

I agree to soon. Some managers sell 50% when a stock doubles so you can ride the trade for free. In junior shares it probably works most of the time but you do miss when you get a real winner like Reservoir. I probably have had about 10 Byron King stocks that were a double or more and all but Reservoir dropped like a rock upto 95% loss.

Rob--there you go with your Debbie Downer imitation again. Just sell your shares and be a man about it. Otherwise, step up to the plate. The reason RMC is drilling its 100% owned property is to box in Freeport. Think for yourself man. By August, 2014 FCX will own RMC. If not, RMC will be 14.50 a share based on the new discovery on its 100% owned property. Why don't you also mention how Brent ...more

I only posted what I thought to be new information. We all know this is the biggest discovery in probably 30 years. I posted it because I have not heard anyone else mention having to dig under ground to finish the BFS. I'm hoping for a new discovery as well and still I have all my shares. Why do you think my post was a downer when it might just be true (I don't know because it is someone ...more

Rob, please do keep posting what you believe to be news.  This is probably the most intelligent board I have ever seen and everyone will take what you post and think through it on their own.  I for one picked up a lot of shares in the private placement and have added a few more along the way.  Is FCX playing games right now?  Of course.  Is RMC management countering those ...more

I agree Meester954. I also bought at the offering and continued buying up to about $2.50, and now own over 1% of the stock. I'm in this for the long haul (I will sell some shares on rthe way up). I made this decision quite a while ago. A deal this fall would be great at the right price but I'm not so sure that holding our 25% in Timok would be a bad thing. If there is a deal done this fall ...more
