Lundin and Freeport both want Timok badly

Based on this morning's conference call, Lundin wants Timok badly. Freeport having structured the deal to keep a majority interest in the porphyry also wants Timok badly. Guess who is sitting in the driver's seat with the right of first refusal?

The keys to Timok go through RMC now. Lundin and Freeport (and every other company that wants to acquire all or part of Timok) know it. With a tight share structure and strong hands owning the stock, an acquiring company will have to pay a substantial premium for RMC.

They both do want it badly. I hope we keep our 25% of the deep zone because we will not get a true value until it has been drilled and a BFS completed. If Reservoir can not get a good price in this market I would think they would make the best deal they can now and move forward towards production or a better price envirement. Chances are there are more high grade deposits waiting to be discovered ...more

Rob you make perhaps the most important point of all and that is that we have to retain the lower zone. When we talk about a present value of a billion and a half to two billion dollars we are talking just the high grade if that alone translates to around $30 a share if reservoir owned it all (less the cost of getting the money).
