New 52 week high....

$7 in clear sight, and a maximum of 34 days to go until some kind of major stimulus event WILL occur for shareholders. Everything is looking good for us.

Trading a lot like a deal is on the table.  I can't wait to see what it is!

Agreed, I am sure there is lots going on in the background, but I have to wonder strategically how this will play out. Is there benefit in exercising the ROFO early, or does it make sense to wait until late in the 60 day period to make it known that they will be taking the property? I guess there are pros and cons on both sides, they might get better terms on debt if they do it early, and it ...more

Simple math now. M cap 350,000 (+ or _ )Take out of RMC (262,000  US.)  +20 -25 %.....                     Why not go for the whole package ????. Very interesting  showdown in the next 2 weeks .....

$12-$15 per share without even considering the RIO relationship.

Why such a high price in this market and what deal sceario are you basing it on? I like your numbers it just seems high to all the analysts who actual know how to valuate. I think they will spin out Timok into another company and work their deal seperate from all the other exploration projects. Unless it is a big payoff I hope we keep our fingers in the pie like Freeport. The porphyry still could ...more

The price of $12-15 in this market is just right. The market is gradually realizing 1.) just how much Lundin's bid grossly undervalues Timok and; and 2.) just how stupid both LUN and FCX were in striking a deal without first having neutralized and/or bought out RMC's ROFO. LUN's and FCX's agreement guaranteed that RMC could pick up Timok at an incredibly low, bargain-basement price ...more

I was think if we have a great deal with some one that news early in the ROFR would be good. This would give everyone a chance to work harder at upping theirt offer. Especially Lundin because if they lose the deal their stock would probably drop although they are back down 10% from their high after the announcement. Any thoughts it is so quiet out there.

My gut says we will likely hear something in the next week, and I think the most likely outcome is that we do a raise and exercise the ROFO, then figure it out from there. I think the longer it takes, the more likely it will be an outright acquisition.

If we do do a raise I hope it's not at a deep discount since it would be a lot of shares and I hope we don't give away a bunch of options. I wish we could at least get some good news to the street on the latest holes especially the deep porphyry holes because then we would probably have a higher stock price at which to raise funds from.

You are more likely to see a leprauchaun then you are of seeing any hole data before this plays out. Not sure why you would think that Freeport would have any interest in increasing RMC's value and further displaying exactly how bad the deal they did with Lundin was. If there is an equity raise, I suspect we have been hanging out at the $7 level for a reason, but remember the structure of the ...more

Good assessment and logic. I would go for that...

I was hoping for that leprechaun because I would have thought that Freeport would have shared recent hole data with Lundin Mining in order to get the highest price they could. It would seem we would be able to have the same information to do what ever deal we might do with our ROFR.
