Three Weeks Left To Exercise ROFO

There are two certainties:
  1. The ROFO will be exercised prior to its expiration.
  2. RMC will be acquired.
The unknowns are:
  1. Who will acquire RMC ?
  2. When will RMC be acquired, pre- or post-ROFO exercise ?
If the acquisition occurs post-ROFO, it will likely be relatively soon after the ROFO is exercised. Because the likely acquiror will want to make Serbia a district area play, the acquisition will likely include all of RMC's interest in Serbia and surrounding countries. I am sticking by my RMC acquisition price of $12-15.

You are looking through rose-colored glasses. Mining is full of uncertainties and risk. At $12-15 a share, management and the Board should be including their women and children in the deal as well.

Agree with pricing, not women and children! $12-$15 fair price. What would be great is a stock exchange for shares with let's say RIO. Ride their stock back up over the next few years. That could be another double.
