I'm voting NO
Ultimately, my decision is based on what is best for the share price, and I just feel that we have a better chance of seeing $15-20 bucks if we move forward as a standalone entity. I think now that we have exercised the ROFO and have acquired outright ownership of ~80% of the asset, we may see new suitors emerge as well given that the time constraints have been lifted, and wouldn't it be great to see some value for the porphyry factored into an acquisition. I see no real downside either way for RMC shareholders, but as I see it there is alot more upside at this point if we vote no to the NSU deal. GLTA.

Thanks for sharing thorgb1 - I too vote NO! If you have played this stock right it should owe you nothing at this point. I'd love to see some value for the porphry and I am willing to wait. Good luck to all!
