Reservoir’s Holders Asked to Vote No on Nevsun Bid: Laurentian

     (Bloomberg) -- Reservoir Mineral’s holders are encouraged by a dissident group to vote “No” on potential acquisition by Nevsun, Laurentian analyst Pierre Vaillancourt writes.
 
  * Says Group is making the case that deal favors NSU CN at
    expense of RMC CN’s holders; dissident group is supported by
    XGC Copper, who has submitted unsolicited term sheet to RMC
    CN, subject to voting “No” to NSU CN
  * Vaillancourt sees RMC CN’s holders voting for NSU CN deal,
    although moves rating to hold vs tender as the group has
    made gains in winning over undecided RMC CN’s holders
  * NOTE: Special meeting of holders to be held on June 17 to
    vote on deal; deal expected to close on or about June 23,
    2016
  * NOTE: June 3, RMC CN said ISS, Glass Lewis Recommend that
    Shareholders Vote for Business Combination with Nevsun
