You do have some chance to get back to that level. (By the way,  - 50 %, you must have bought FOLLOWING the sp 15-20 -folded. I bought at. 0.07 CAD de-risked after 10 then 20 folded. But bought ...more

He probably meant its not an expropriation, but not giving the permissions, even aftrr fulfuilling all the previously determined critera.
