Just noticed the April 11 NR that VZ lost several court challenges that pending one final appeal from VZ, should allow RML to forclose on PDVSA shares. Perhaps our patience will finally be rewarded.

I didn't have the "stones" to avg down unfortunately. Was invested B4 asset seizure and bought more after award was first announced not taking into consideration the long wait to get award. Quick and dirty back of the napkin calculations: award - approx 1.8 billion including interest, assume lose 1/3 to lawyers leaving 1.2 billion, divide by outstanding shares of 564K(this may not be ...more
