My question is... If OFAC eventually implements the US court decision to sell the PDVH shares in satisfaction of Rusoro's judgement and judgement issued to various other creditors (see NR), then what is the value of the shares available, relative to the value of all the legally agreed awards. Will RML just be somewhere in the queue and have to settle for a percentage ?  C41.

I believe it is first come, first serve as the legal actions were not class actions but could be wrong.
