RML press release of April 11, 2023: "In issuing the writ, the court found that Rusoro had proven that PDVSA is the corporate "alter ego" of Venezuela , and that Rusoro's arbitration award, which including interest exceeds $1.7 billion...." Thans Sam. The question is, what is the value of the PDVH shares which can be sold under the present ruling. Is there enough value in them to pay out all the outstanding claims in full ?  Agree in principle that the likelihood of getting the full amount is low. $1 would be nice.

While we don't what our share of the pie will be, FOMO appears to be in play. After years of this being dead money, nice to see the unrealized gain growing.

The stock price definitely has momentum right now.  However, just the fact that CEO Agapov keeps inviting the government to the table for a negotiated settlement (see latest RML press release) suggests that he is willing to accept far less than what the courts have awarded RML.  It also may suggest that he is fully aware that this matter could get prolonged for yet another extended

Hi Sam. You may be right and the stock does have momenum but as the process is coming to a head under OFAC and the settlement vibes are positive, it seems unlikely that RML would  settle for a substantially lower figure at this late stage. I feel that they're just trying to appear conciliatory. Also how does this square with the fact that they seemed to have a working arrangement with VZ

Watch what happens with Crystallex, and that will give us all more insight into what RML shareholders can expect.  (By the way, Crystallex shareholders, among which I am numbered, will get very little out of the final settlement, due to the arrangement with other lenders.  If Crystallex shareholders receive 10% of the final settlement, they will have done well - which could still be
