But, before the start of the auction, some accurate info should come regarding the eventual prior list. (Namely whether COF -s huge claim is prior or  after RML-s, or even succesfully attached, as it might not be.)

Per the Aug 17 NR, They are 7th in priority behind approx 3.5 billion in claims. We should be good.

A thought.  I have no knowledge of the workings and scheduling of the Supreme Court but if VZ were able to get a hearing at a known date, even if it was after the commencement of the auction, would this not deter buyers until a final uncontestable ruling was made.  The best result for buyers and shareholders would of course be a final ruling by the SC declining to set aside the original
