$1+ is very likely within a few weeks. Would be amazing by Friday though!

So the court settlement is suppose to be on friday. Does that mean we should know how much RML will recieve? If so that is the major catalyst for the stock. Thats the moment eveyone is waiting for isnt it? Could easily go over a dollar if the settlement is good. Anyone guesses on how much RML could recieve?

Yes my back of napkin calculation is 1.8 billion award(including interest) divided by ~600 million shares = $3/share. Factor in 1/3 for the leeches,er lawyers and we should be left around $2/share. I believe there is an agreement in place regarding the legal funding fees but it is subject to NDA so not sure if 1/3 legal cost will be accurate.

rml states in their info 1.87 a share at the time period a few weeks ago...possible new legal fees etc make knock it down a nickle by completion date to 1.82

Hi m8magic, can you post a link that confirms that figure? There are many articles that show the overall claim amount but I haven't seen one so detailed with the amount left after expenses. Thanks

I remember seeing a breakdown of the debt and legal fees by someone on ceo.com and it saying $1.58/share, but that was without the interest and pretty sure it was USD. Maybe you can ask someone on ceo to repost it.

They usually dont break down to usd /share, but the overall sum of the claim.
