AGM

On the 14th of June, RND said: ''Rare Earth Industries Ltd. has postponed its annual general meeting of shareholders, which was previously scheduled for 9 a.m. (Vancouver time) on Tuesday, June 19, 2012. The postponement was made in order for the company to submit additional materials to its shareholders pursuant to the terms of its letter of intent to acquire MoneyBar Rewards Inc., operating as Ackroo Inc., as announced on June 12, 2012. Information related to the rescheduled AGM will be provided once the new AGM date is determined.''

Now it's been rescheduled for July 25th Hopefully the acquisition is done before then. Cheers!

Did you recieve the Info Circular? I now think they are waiting for the resolutions to be passed at the AGM before announcing anything.
