  ETG has swept the board in its arbitration with OTLLC/Rio Tinto. Great news for HCU too, as the largest single shareholder at 25%. Go to the ETG BB for deets. cg

ETG sale is getting close

My guess is a buyout happens within 1-2 months by RT/OTLLC.  It will be at a significant premium and HCU, with its 24%, with receive a lot of cash.

SSL was under a covenant to vote their ETG shares with ETG management.  The HCU ownership is not subject to that promise. As for the long and fruitless negotiations regarding ETG and the OT ...more
