good move. This lawsuit was becoming an albatross. I for one is glad its over. Short term selling pressure. Weak hands. Use any cliche you want. Company is now well financed going forward

They only need the money for the acquisitions and might not have even needed it for that  with increasing sales but the buyers wanted to get a position, I'm surprised by the small move down but then again I am never surprised by selling or lack of buying at this time of year. I think I will be very happy with those extra shares in a few weeks.
