20 Years Later...

and still a penny stock...10's of millions in investor private placement down the drain, Reverse splits, executive boondoggles, Executive largesse.

The list of RouteNone transgressions is wide and deep over the past two decades.

So many investors absolutely hosed by this scam.

This venture penny stock should absolutely be delisted from the TSX.v..

Don't ever say you weren't warned.

CAVEAT EMPTOR,

I wonder if those managing thiss stock are somehow connected to Great Lakes Graphite that burned their shareholders a couple of years ago.

At this point I think I would be happy to see him just give us 8 cents and take the Company private and off the exchanges. They have enough cash flow to keep paying employees but not enough to reward share holders. What is that old mantra about managements first priority being to provide value to shareholders. Does anyone remember getting value out of this? So if you cannot provide value to public ...more

Absolutely correct! This thing has been wallowing for years but likely paying there principals a wonderful return .......... At our expense!

I thought a return of value to shareholders was to be a high priority of the members of the board but my how the world has changed. This link shows an article on the priorities of a typical board. Nowhere does it mention a return of investment or value but they are centered on such things as equity, inclusion, and diversity and climate change. You know -- all the important stuff! https://www ...more

Here's another which may be more what I was looking for: "A public company’s board of directors is chosen by shareholders, and its primary job is to look out for shareholders’ interests. In fact, directors are legally required to put shareholders’ interests ahead of their own. In general, the role of the board is to provide high-level oversight of corporate activities and performance ...more

I'll  go with typical for the times. It seems that some overly sensitive types don't want to face reality.

I guess the other option is that some one could come along and offer to buy them out -- but for what? What kind of business would consider making an offer? One million bucks market cap -- not a big issue to any prospective buyer. They have a half dozen partners that could gobble that up quite easily. Is it just easier to have an outside partner doing self management or is it easier and with ...more

Does anyone wonder if Route1 has just taken the year 2023 off and will maybe(?) reappear in 2024 when they may find a road to travel down. Ain't silence great! I guess a quarterly will force some words but that's another 4 weeks yet.

I'm starting to wonder if the deadhead in the big chair is buddies with Paul Fergusson of the now defunct Great Lakes Graphite.. The seem to operate in a similar manner

2 cents == a new 52 week low. Who would have guessed? Probably everybody that has any remaining interest in this Company -- and that is likely a very small number. I ask again - ain't silence wonderful? But then if there is nothing to say then there is no sense saying it. Pre consolidation we touched Flubber's acknowledged one cent and then we consolidated at 4 cents to go back all the ...more

Just guessing here, but shouldn't those mismanaging this company have and use some of their "actionable intelligence?"
