surpised Alterra didnt scoop this up
If this were put on the open market it would be worth more than 8c a share. ROR was beat up in the back alley first, then the insiders snatch the wallet and future. That's OK for those in at 2c a share however

Somebody sold 5000 shares at 2 cents. You do the math.

The most updated figures could put the book value at 11 cents per share.

The way this is convenient 'thing' is goin down is extremely odd. There is only one deal here and it is about as far from arms length as you can git. Full value for shareholders is what this is all about.. means that ROR is offered for sale to the highest bidder. How can this be taken down without even a minimal attempt to offer the outfit for sale???

This deal .... "Intends to obtain a fairness opinion" The only real fair thing to do is to offer this for sale on the open market. How can it be fair when there is only one buyer and those are on the inside. Would you sell your house to one person based on the assessment, or would you put it one the market for many potential buyers to have a chance at it?
