I Received Two Proxies
I received two packages containing identical Management Information Circulars however, the proxies were different ( i.e., different numbers on the proxies). I contacted CST Trust Company and they said there are two different accounts in my name. This is odd, because I only hold the shares in one account! He then asked me how many shares I held and I told him and then he said that is the amount held in one account. He refused to tell me how many shares were in the other account! Funny thing is, I don't have another account! Anyway, I voted twice.
Anyone else find this strange?

For all I know, there could have been 2 million shares in the bogus account. LOL! Reminds me of the expression: "Vote early and vote often."

you may have inadvertently committed fraud by voting twice. I believe that is enough to get the whole vote overturned. Any other legal opinioned welcomed.

How do I know which vote is going to count? I was given no information on the second bogus(???) account. Anyway, I reported it to the BC authority. There could other shareholders who received double proxies as well. This whole thing reeks of fraud!
