share performance

We all share in the disappointment of the performance of this stock, especially when we compare it to the actual results on the ground.  We need to remember the very  professional and well planned incentive options.
I was a broker for many years and watched countless management teams run the share price up, exercise their options then exit.  The fire exits at ROS are blocked.  First they need, over a period of a year, to outperform their peer group.  Then they receive an increasing amount of stock under option depending on how much of actual proven gold they find that is commerically viable.  Hiring a sleazy promoter to move the paper will do them no good.  Bottom line, management is looking at this as a career defining opportunity-but share price is less important, right now, than results.  To maximize their options they need to prove, I believe, 2.5MM ounces.  If they prove up that number they will be very rich-and my reirement will be very comfortable.  In the meantime, friendly large shareholders keep exercising options early which keep the drills turning and the proven number keeps moving higher without further diution.  I am sure that our producing neighbours are hanging on every drill result and formulating plans, whilst keeping a close eye on each other!  I wish the price were soaring like a money losing gaming stock but I am content to wait for the ROS story to unfold logically. Question, if they get taken out before they finish drilling out the project do they get the bonus shares for proving up the ounces? The answer to that question might be piviotal to the timing of any TO

@MiningBookGuy $1M from the Chairman, now there's some conviction! Don't forget $ROS Chairman Sir Sam Jonah has been part of some huge winners in the past. Running Ashanti Goldfields which became AngloGold-Ashanti, but also being a Chairman/Director on juniors that went to the billions, including Equinox Minerals (acquired for $7B+ ) ...CEO.CA ..big insider buying
