B2 Deal

The deal with B2 is going down before gold goes up. Why would we not listen to a good offer. That will only invoke lawsuits against management . Michael won't let that happen. He plays by the rules and has too much to loose. They will make a deal that works for both B2 and us shareholders. They can not keep it secret. B2 needs us to make their expansion plans a reality. $50 an ounce sounds good to me. That is the average price paid in similar deals. That would get us $0.80 a share.

Roscan has undoubtedly been talking to a number of major gold companies, with interests in Mali. The current price of gold is, today, sitting at $2505 per oz Canadian. At 5 percent , that works out to a value of $125.25 CDN per oz. I am using 5% because open pit mining is considerably less expensive then underground. Using your numbers, you are suggesting that Roscan shareholers would get $304 ...more

Without mineral reserves; without economic evaluation; without estimating the cost of extraction, you manage to estimate all kinds of figures with crazy calculations. Do your homework.
