Rover Critical Minerals Corp. > They obviously have not done the assays

They obviously have not done the assays

If I were focused on rotating into other plays, I wouldn't waste the time or money on the assays. It's a nonissue and wouldn't do a thing for SP in this market....

Ive become extremely excited about the clay lithium- as it's a new technology of haversting high quality lithium within a few to several hours. It's sounds like this is going to be quick low hanging fruit as everything is in place (I think Culter said a 3 year time frame as compared with a 10 year time frame developing the gold play)

I hope we have our eyes on rare earths and cobalt sometime in the future.

DD Clay Lithium...perhaps you folks will find comfort....but I understand your frustrations

Peace...GLTA

I have no doubt that the other plays are exciting and offer potential, but if the BOD cannot be relied upon to disclose data they are required to disclose on Cabin Lake, what's stopping them from not disclosing negative (or positive) information on the other projects. The rules were not set up to be discretionary.

The "delay" in the assay results from Cabin Lake is if nothing suspicious....its clearly a sticky point with investors and all they have to do is do a quick news release saying they are delayed......or let it leak in a comment When I contacted by email the IR...he clearly stated that the assay was being done but delayed because of not having the money to pay for the assay and they ...more

Yes...perhaps we need clarification....I have some time next week...I'll call...but it would be better if their   IR guy posted that info on the BB IMHO.

Hey fordster....I don't know why they are keeping any response such a "secret"...here we are at October 19 already and its been all of July August September and most of October....the response I got originally from the IR guy was that they did not submit the assay until late June when they had the money from the sale of property to Arctic Fox When I did a follow up on why the delay  ...more

88...bro they were scrambling to rotate into critical minerals. I'm guessing they didn't pay to have it done. Though I do believe the assays were handed over. I know Rover had to act quickly to jump on these properties or loose them. I believe the assays were probably not paid for. I know they are excited to have been successful on getting these promising claims though....SP has sucked ...more

There are several scenarios for failing to disclose material information, none are good. 1. Any trading by insiders or financing done without disclosing material information (drill assay results on what has been promoted as a key property) would lead IIROC to impose fines and penalties on those participating, and 2. Any shareholder buying or selling while the company intentionally suppresses or ...more

Great points...thus the reason I believe the assays weren't done or paid for while scrambling for these properties
