Terrible for shareholders
So our shares will go up to a 12 cents and will promptly be shorted down to 2 cents again. Look at the OTC short report....we're 100% shorted day after day. Rover is simply making it easier for them to reduce us further.

Actually, this is brilliant. If the consolidated at a more aggressive level, the shorts would get pretty nervous. With 150 million shares out, it's an easy target. With 1.5 million out the large shareholders could really sweat the shorts out. Very good Rover.

Consolidations in a vacuum can be trouble. Consolidation with a financing, an acquisition, a change in direction....any of that can be good. And I agree. What we have is credibility and trust issues. There may have been a screw up by not informing the shareholders what their plan was. I hope they learn from this.

Judson and I did agree on one thing...that the theoretical "release of assay info" would not have help our SP. But admittedly, investors would use that information to validate their position MHO. It would be nice for them to just clarify the official status of the assays. I think the guessing from everyone hurts them.

Unfortunately, good or bad doesn't enter the equation on requirements to release news. It is a regulatory requirement. It makes any placement or trades by insiders suspect. And credibility of management comes into question. I don't doubt that they want to do what they can for the benefit of the shareholders.

I don't have any doubts either...but a simple explanation might make some folks better.

In my opinion this connotates or implies that the assay results were "GOOD or O.K. . So let the market decide what the results signify and where the share price eventually ends up!!
