I think...

the problem here is management arrogance....Judson works for the shareholders..he is not king of the company...its not his company!

I too had sent him emails that have not been responded to....if he does not have the time which is likely then hire a PR person that knows what they are doing and has a very solid understanding of the company and can answer questions.....be upfront and honest with investors...that goes a long way.

because they hedged and danced around and deflected any questions on drilling results they had shareholders like me sell and move on with no loss thank goodness...huge red flag and look at the company now trading at 8 cents or 1.33 cents on the old pre consolidation number.....the only way to save this company is make Tookie the CEO....I had zero trust in Judson's transparency......good luck to all you die hard longs

Releasing bad drill hole results causes short term pain.  Not releasing them can make that pain last for months or years.  Or it could destroy, or at least negatively impact the credibility of the management. That said, I've known some industry insiders who could delay a bad set of results by requesting checks, then sending the who package to a different lab, and then asking for ...more

Excellent observation. Just give the people the goods so that we can make a decision pertaining to buying more or selling.  For me, the lack of transparency has absolutely destroyed managements credibilty!!
