Dear Shareholders and Prospective Investors,

We wish to provide you with an update on our current non-brokered private placement. The financing book is at CAD360,000 hard dollars, and we're raising a total of CAD500,000. The updated investor package can be found here. The use of proceeds is for exploration at our NEW Lithium project located in southwest Nevada.

Post-closing of the current financing we plan to re-price all outstanding warrants down to $0.15.
