Really?? 0.90 cent warrants reprice to 0.15 cents

and 0.45 warrants reprice to 0.20 cents.......that tells you that the company has no idea what its doing

thats the risk you take with warrants ...you buy them at a strike price and you take your chances and if they expire you lose the money.....that how it works

the company should not be making the goal post farther apart because they can't score a goal...LOL!

Warrants have intrinsic and time value.  The intrinsic value is still non-existant as any one can buy pretty much any amount of shares at $0.15 or $0.20 today.  The time value of these warrants is what is important, and pushing them out 2 years seems excessive, granting too much value to these shareholders.  Making them short-term, and/or adding acceleration clauses would have been ...more
