Some one is keeping the posted L2 share price and Volume down.

Today I bought 82,000 shares in 3 separate orders from 2 institutions at .02 cents and not once did it change the last selling price or TSX quantity. I believe that some institutions are  re routing the .02 buys to a smaller opaque exchanges in order to suppress the price and volume as seen  on the Level 2 screens. I will check with stockchase to see if any are posted .
