Hi Mike,

We are still working on the Strategic Review process. CIBC was unsuccessful in assisting us to find a solution and as such their involvement ceased, but we are still working on it and there are parties still interested. However, it is taking much longer than any of us envisioned. An AGM will be held once we conclude the Strategic Review process.
