Rodinia Oil suspended by the TSX-V

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated March 31, 2014, effective at the opening Wednesday, April 2, 2014, trading in the shares of Rodinia Oil Corp. will be suspended for failure to maintain exchange requirements, the company having fewer than three directors. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
