so we can sell shares amongst ourselves, do we have any buyers??

You would have to clear it with your Bank/Brokerage house unless you have the Stock Certificates in your name the maybe you can sell/buy but how do you get the new ownership transfered if there is no body at the store  to do this for you ?

Someone has to be hired to do it, like a law firm. They would set up a working relationship with the transfer agent or whatever works.
