Relative to courts , usually arbitrations do not have anything to actually do with courts. The parties pick an arbitrator who will make a decision , it does not have to be a judge or even a lawyer. Sometines , arbitrators try not to make decisions by trying to mediate disputes during the hearing - so this might happen??
They could hold it in someoned boardroom or even a rented hotal room??
Lets hope the outcome does some good for all parties , including long time shareholders
