hrhr the trades are some hundred dollars worth, meaningless. the drop below the price of the private placement was to be expected. don't get afraid about that.... its a high risk bet on company close to bankruptcy but with a working tec. the traded volumes are so small, that everyone can influence the price with small money...

tonZ1 I have been here for 5 years watching this carnage. You may be a long term shareholder but you are new to this blog. Trades are trades.  High volume or low volume regardless it just traded at $.16.  It has always been low volume with this stock.  Death by a thousand (low volume) cuts !!   "High risk bet on a company close to Bankruptcy"....that is reassuring

Yup. This is the joy of being in a  company with few shares out.  If it hits something  you can do well  but if you need to get out  even  a few thousand shares  (or 500)  can  drop the bottom out! I was pondering averaging down  but  have  held myself  back  because of the low volume  of trading. I  stupidly got

lol...the company is since years close to bankruptcy and always delays only. they have no income stream and so relay only on the capital market - any successfull financing is a good news ;-) they have a working tec but not the ressources to push it forward. shiseido has the ressources, has built (based on this tec) a product, has setup a research lab and has run the related studies, but does not

Thanks for that.  I have held for  4  or 5  years  and at this point  would be more than happy  with a buy out in the range you indicated. GLTA

Guys let's not get carried away.  $5.00 - $10.00 on a buy out is not going to happen.  Let's try to get to $.50 before we even start dreaming of $2.00 on a buy-out.
