Humor me a little... 

How would Replicel lose the arbitration process? 

I feel Replicels case is solid. They signed contracts and would have covered theirs backs in case of being screwed over etc.

Surely their case is bulletproof? No?

Here is the link to the original Contract between Replicel and Shiseido: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1205059/000106299314001423/exhibit4-6.htm I am not sure when and why Shiseido quit cooperating with Replicel.  From what I gather Shiseido expected  Replicel to perfrom their own RCH-01 Trials in parallel to their own which Replicel did not do but I don't find any clause ...more

I don't know if its bulletproof, but at least we know they own the tec and Shiseido probably wants it. The outcome of the arbitration will be better than the current state in any case. Hope things will be clear within the next quater.
