"The Company looks forward to revealing the pre-commercial device to the market and submitting our marketing application submission to regulators in the weeks to come.

What is a marketing application?

 

 

Marketing Application means an application, submitted to a Regulatory Authority in any jurisdiction, for Regulatory Approval required in order to Commercialize a product as a drug, including a BLA.

Totally garbled last post.  Posted before finishing editing it but you catch my drift.  They make reference to submitting for Marketing Approval in the "weeks to come" 10 months ago and are yet to do so. I knows that they have stopped releasing Updates and N/R's with nebulous comments like this.  Now they have gone to far the other way.
