Special Meeting. Oct. 31st

Any speculation as to the reason for this special meeting ?  Interesting that whatever the reason that it could not be done at an AGM.
Also interesting that the date is after the end of the 1 year Arbitration (assuming it ends on Oct. 18th).

Is it a shareholder information meeting: 
 * Announcing the Arbitrators findings.
* Possibly some deal has been struck with Shiseido
* The company is being sold
* Private Placement disclosure (who's buying and what impact that has on the ownership of shares)
* Dermal Injector is being submitted to the FDA for Approval
* New partnerships in Japan
* Yofoto launches RCS-01 and RCT-01 Trials

Wouldn't it be nice to get all of the above information but sadly it most likely will be none of the above.

Year3000:- I am starting to believe that this registering of the Special Meeting was done without any significant news behind it. LB CEO may just have decided that it is good to have something in place if there is a development initiated by Shiseido (ie. offer to purchase). This would then allow a vote on October 31 and a sale before the calendar (and tax year). I wouldn't be surprised if

Yes, they must give us all of the pertinent information  regarding the meeting and as mentioned in my last post: "The directors must notify voting shareholders of the time and place of a shareholders' meeting. They must do so no more than 60 days and no fewer than 21 days before the meeting date." So that means the latest they can give us this information is Oct. 10th.

Why would they cancel it ?   Will this be a zoom meeting for all shareholders to participate in ? I think there will be one main resolution to be voted on but I imagine there will be plenty of questions that they will be forced to answer.  I am beginning to think as the large shareholders add to their share count  through this latest Private Placement (I.E. Ingiboy i agree : After all this suffering and pain a share Price under 2$ would be a Desaster. I wouldnt sell No matter what will be
