Buy Replicel Shares

As we move closer to getting an anticipated Update (hopefully soon).  It might be time for existing shareholders to buy shares at these low prices which most of us hope will never be seen again.
Why?
Over the next 3-4 months I anticipate some progress on the Shiseido Arbitration without question. Will we get a positive outcome from this Arbitration.....I think so.  The Dermal injector inches closer to being submitted for FDA Approval.  This too will happen over the next 3 - 4 months without question.
Once the Dermal injector is approved it will trigger activity in China and Japan related to RCS-01 and RCT-01.
With that in mind buy some shares !

Have  heard this before  and resisted  buying  more to average down. From  my perspective it does not make  sense to be  buying  shares  1000  at a time. if it  was trading  300 000  per  day  it would be easy  to  buy  some  shares.  Any ideas  of  how  you get stock?   you ...more

Bluemoons20 the reason you have heard it before because it was me who said it before.  Each to there own but my thought here is that any shares you can buy at this price are a bargain in the long haul because if we get good news this thing will rocket.  What is the downside you bought shares at $.10 - $.11....none.  This company would have to go bankrupt for you to loose your money ...more

How much more you buying?

I am trying to figure that out.  My goal is to average down to a reachable share price.  It is hard to calculate the affect of the two main issues that we are waiting for.  The announcement that the Dermal Injector is being submitted for  FDA Approval.  Once approved it will become the catalyst for a number of other events.  I assume Yofoto is waiting for the Dermal ...more

If the Shiseido deal comes to fruition - this stock is going sky high. Easily $10, possibly $20.  hair loss is a multi billion dollar business. If Replicel truly found a way to solve this, it will be massive.

At this point it is up to Shiseido to prove RCH-01 is an affective remedy for hair loss.  That is why this Arbitration is so important to the future of Replicel.  Obviously Shiseido sees big value in RCH-01 otherwise they would abandon this Arbitration.  It is a very costly process.  My reason for thinking there will be a settlement before a judgement is rendered is I think the ...more

there's no justification for $1.00 - Replicel would never settle at that price. That's a lousy $50M valuation... if Shiseido has exclusive rights, they will make that every quarter for years upon years. The ROI should be 5-7 years, not 5-7 months.  If this is truly the link to the holy grail to stop hair loss and grow some, Replicel would be silly to accept anything less than ...more

Replicel is not "settling" for a $1.00.  If Replicel and Shieido co-develope and market RCH-01 (which I am sure will take 3-5 years globally) only then can you consider $15.00 - $20.00. In the meantime if they make some sort of a deal I am sure it will be for less than $10,000,000 of initial cash injection by Shisedo.  This will be enough cash to move all of Replicel's ...more

Sry, disagree again.  many news they found a viable solution - this will not be a slow build. This will pop beyond imagination on that news. Will it go that high over night? Probably not until more details are released , most certainty not 3-5 years. And disagree again, Replicel would be foolish to accept $10M. If they found a cure, no way they don't sell the rights. Replicel wants ...more

Well JC we will agree to disagree.  If we do get to $20.00 I will buy you lunch in Monte Carlo !

Though I think we  would all like to clean up  on Replicel  ,  we should  not  set ourselves up to be dissappointed. Seem to recall  some  post  from about a year ago  saying that the dermal injector was not worth  that  much  so it would not likely  move the  shares.  I  do not know how true that might be.   ...more

yes, the dermal injector is not much worth if it ever gets released. Others said its not the injector that brings the money its the injectables - haha, think replicel has none so far ;-) From my point of view the only thing that counts is Shiseido. In the first study they did, they applied a single injection and showed a single hair, many people got disappointed but I think that was the proof ...more

AMEN ToniZ1 - I very much agree with everything you said x 100! Shiseido was hoping for Replicel to go belly up, but Andrew's deep pockets are saving the day. He will be rewarded handsomely  also, I think your $500M assessment is spot on. With 42.75M outstanding shares, that's approximately $11.50 a share. (I'm speaking to the US Stock Exchange).  Shiseido cannot ...more
