Well with just a few days left before the Arbitration 
it looks like there will be no pre Hearing deal before the Hearing. I imagine both sides are putting the final touches on their argument . Let's hope Replicel has a good one. This is like David  vs Goliath. I am not convinced this will go Replicel's way.  Regardless it will not be the end of the company.  It will just leave yet another Biotechnology company  with good technology and no working capital.

7 days left....anything can happen.  We know according to Sedar that Replicel has reached out to Shiseido ( no confirmation this is true).  There could possibly be an ongoing discussion. On the other hand this may be put in the hands of the Arbitrator.    It will be interesting to see if in this final week of trading there are some gamblers willing to bet on Replicel.  If

It's definitely a defining moment for the company and our investments It's important Replicel wins, but: What does winning look like? If they get the Asia rights back, then what?  What happens if they win, and the results Shiseido did with their studies are less than ideal? (I.e. not as good as Phase 1). Then what? someething really positive needs to happen here. They can
