Now We Wait

The Hearing is over.  Now the question is how long will it take for the Arbitraitor to render the judgement.  As we all know they have 60 days.  I would think that this particular case would not be considered complex.  It also involves just the two companies.  I speculate we will see a judgement within two weeks.  In the meantime although we all would like to get some sort of update I don't think we will see any type of update before the judgement. If we see a jump in volume in the meantime we will know something has leaked.

You are probably right  that the decision will not take  months to deliver.  Might be a relatively  short wait now. In some ways it is too bad that  Shiseido did not offer to  buy  out  RP.  But  who knows  , maybe  there will be some activity  after the decision. I  sure hope  so  since  really,  if
