Is this Arbitration really coming to a conclusion at the end of August ?  Who knows !   Why this painful wait ?  Surely these Arbitraitors have made there decision after all this time.  It has been close to 3 months since the Hearing which took place on May 29th.  We are still not sure if Hearing Briefs were submitted.  Absolutely no reason they couldn't tell us that.
This whole process has been total nonsense from the day it started until now.  Keeping the "outsider" shareholders completely in the dark for close to 2 years is beyond reasonable but yet the "Insiders" know what is going on.  
Well,  we have 13 days until the end of the month.  Will this nightmare finally come to an end ?

The other big question now  is  is  $0.105  per share  the thing to do  (but not able to sell them all at this  price).   Or  wait  and  maybe  get  $0.01   or  $5.000  ?? GLTA

Unfortunately these are the questions that are impossible to answer with the information we have at this point.  We are neither going to $.01 nor are we going to $5.00. It is easier to predict the downside as opposed to the upside. If Replicel looses this Arbitration I can't see this going below $.10. The upside is a total mystery due to the fact that many different outcomes could happen.

Hi Ingiboy:- I am hoping that once the new CEO of Shiseido assumes his position on September 1st we will see a more pragmatic approach to this situation. I get the sense that the retiring CEO was not prepared to deal with Replicel as an equal. Shiseido rejected any effort by Replicel to restore communication between the two parties from 2016 until late 2022 - as far as I know. Perhaps the new CEO

RPINVESTOR1 good to see you are still aboard.  I re-read the posted article on Shiseido. Yes this new COO and soon to be CEO next year Fujiwara wants to change the direction of the company and take a more consumer - centric approach.  Obviously they need to bring new technology to the market place. I may be dreaming but I still think some sort of a deal between Replicel and Shiseido

Ingiboy:- I don't think you are dreaming. They clearly do not want to share their research data. To me this implies that they want to have 100% control of the product (RCH-1). This could become an issue if Replicel wins the arbitration. I think Replicel should give them say - 60 days - where they will allow Shiseido the exclusive opportunity to make a deal. However, the 60 days should start

RPINVESTOR1 I have a slightly different read on how this will play out if Replicel wins the Arbitration. The original contract was all about "collaberation" and sharing of data.  I can't imagine that if the jugement is in Replicel's favour Shiseido will be able to withhold the Phase II Trial results from Replicel as per the contract. Shiseido by now has for the most part

To me, Shiseido has been playing games with Replicel. Although Replicel may generally know what type of information they should receive in the event of a favourable decision, Shiseido may withhold  some additional data and claim that they have provided all of the information. I have no confidence that Shiseido will act in good faith.

Let's hope Replicel wins this Arbitration.  If so we may debate how it will play out but  regardless if the Arbitration judgement is in Replicel's favour tiw ill be a very serious uptick in the shareprice for the Replicel shareholders. Let's just win this Arbitration and take it from there.
