Where Are WE ??
On the surface , 60 days from End of May should put us to end of JUly. And here we are at the end of August and still nothing!!
Do recall in some of the previous discussion there was mention of requests for 'post hearing briefs; and some timeline associated with those. Also , in the rules there is a line about agreement of the Parties.
So if there is an extra month or two due to this , the decision SHOULD drop right around the time of the AGM ???
Overall still feels like a long time for the process - almost 2 years until an actual hearing??
If we started counting from May this would not seem like too long a process , but really , two years just to get to a hearing in the first place??
GLTA
Hope the AGM has all the answers - Though the insiders could be more transparent on the timelines!!

Sept 22nd can't come soon enough... or can it. this stock really has the potential to drop to $0.05. as every day passes, I can't help but feel more and more hopeless anything positive is coming with Shiseido. let's be honest, if the timelines are accurate, and the news was positive, why wait three weeks? Serious question for all

The sad thing is, Andrew may have come in too late. Lee dug the grave of Replicel so deep, it may take an impossible amount of Andrew's (and Jamie's) to get out of this hole. Lee did nothing but message falsities to the public for years. I think if this goes to $0, it's on his hands. We can unleash Metzger on him

You all Said that Replicel will Win the litigation and that Replicel is in a much better position. Why do you now think that Replicel looses? if Shiseido had won the litigation they would have announced it on their Website. They had to inform their investors

RPINVESTOR - I like it! I REALLY 100% hope you're right Metzger - you could be right about Shiseido having to inform their investors, but Replicel is public too... are they held to different standards?
