Buyout?

Bluemoons20 your concern about a buyout are very valid concerns.  You posted:

"If there was a  'DEAL'  'TAKEOVER'  etc.  I  just wonder how that will come together and if the  'SMALL'
iinvestors  will be taken care of

Were about 17  million out when I  first got in.  Where are alll thse shares.  Would hate for the big guys to  take this 'Private'  at  10  cents  and then  make the deal  cutting  small guys out."

One thing that may prevent that and we can't forget are Mainpointe and Yofoto.  Here are their shares held and cost per share:

Yofoto: 5,357,900 @$.95 (approx.)
Mainpointe: 3,986,684 @ $.675

I don't think these two companies would be voting for any sort of buyout where they loose a majority of their investment in the company.

Two  weeks  and the  price is dropping?? At this point  I  guess it is just hang on  and hope. Even a new deal with Shiseido  might mean  more years of waiting! GLTA

True. However, it doesn't feel like it gets any easier. Haha  I (we) are so desperate, it's hard to be at ease with the continued wait.  I do like that Mainpoint & YOFOTO are valued at up to $0.95.... this likely keeps a sell point much higher than todays strike price. I'm sure Andrew's shares are near $0.40+ as well.  I can believe I am saying this ...more

BellEnd and Genie29j (JC) yes, I think we all have had to lower our expectations here.  I think at one point many were predicting $5.00+ but presently I think that it is unrealistic in the short term. With the numner of shares, warrants etc. that are outstanding I think we are near 75,000,000 shares.  If Shiseido or any other pharma were making an offer for the company or a portion of ...more

It certainly doesn't help that the shares have been dilute, but I understand why.... they needed to keep the company afloat. I was definitely one of those $5 fans (even higher) but the narrative of the story just seems to be getting grimmer and grimmer  I don't think a buy-out is happening... why? This would've (or at minimum should have) been announced by now... I suppose it' ...more
