ICDR

I think we miss the fact ICDR is an Arbitration & Mediation company.  They are not in business for the goodness of mankind, They are in business to make money and as such the longer they draw this Arbitraition out (2 years)  the better for the bottom line.  I am stunned that this fairly simple Arbitration has taken this long for a judgement to be rendered.  It is total B.S. . I think we can assume the Hearing closed some time in August. How much more time do they need to render a judgement ?

Get on with it !

However,  usually  as I   ...more
