To be honest it isnt nice to loose the Court. I was trusting Replicel having trustful lawyers. Ben austring always told that Replicel has a Strong case. The Big investments of Andrew and Jamie for me were the biggest sign that Replicel will Win in this case.


BUT now we have the sign Shiseido fighted for RCH-01.
If the trials wasnt satisfiying Why would they do the Court with Replicel for a product which is useless??
they Clearly Stated now with their Acting that they Want to bring RCH-01 to the Market.
and i don't See the problem for us. If Shiseido brings RCh-01 to the Market it would be very nice. Because Replicel owns the rights for Europe, US and the other Countries of the World (except of the ASEAN countries)

so Selling now the Shares would be the biggest Mistake you could do. I think Andrew Proves now to sell the company Maybe ~1$/share to Shiseido.
or he just waits until Shiseido brings RCH-01 to the market. With that Shiseido increases significantly the Worth of replicel and our shareholder value

I don't think shiseido fought for it.  they knew they terminated the agreement and decided to use the technology anyway how Replicel even thought they could win when they clearly terminated the agreement is beyond me! Why would you go to court about it? It's a complete waste of money!  Replicel can go back to court to fight over unauthorised use of their technology

 The only glimmer of hope MainPointe has also agreed to pay the costs related to securing FDA approvals to market launch RepliCel's dermal injector and consumables (the “RepliCel Injector Product Line”) in the United States.  But the injector has been nothing but delayed

RepliCel has the rights to commercialize RCH-01 in Europe, US, Australia and other countries out of ASEAN. Why you don't See this Big worth? it isnt only about the Dermal injector

Because no one else has signed an agreement for RCH-01 any where in the world

Why should somebody sign an agreement before they had the Proof that Shiseido is convinced of the product and before the product is Final Tested? If Shiseido commercialize the product in ASEAN then there will be a lot of interest of Companys trieing to commercialize in EU or US!
