I am sure that this group is not happy that the share price is currently at $.06.  I am also sure they are going to do whatever is necessary to protect their investment. So for those that are thinking of buying some cheap shares, this would be the time to do it because there is no way this group will let this company go under.

This is a very Good Point ingiboy. I am so frustrated that i bought Shares at a much higher Level. It would have Been so nice to Buy Shares at 0.06$  all People now watching Replicel at First Time they Are so Lucky

One thing that comes to mind when you realize that these 10 shareholders control 62.7% of the company is that they could easily take the company private.  Approx. 25,000,000 shares needed to buy out.  I would think an opening offer would be in the $.20 - $.25 range.  That would be in the area of $6,000,000.   Within this group I don't think that would be a problem to raise

ToniZ1 we heard the bad news on Oct. 16th. It now 21 days later and we have heard crickets from the CEO or any of the Directors of the company.  I am not sure about you but my inference here is that they are struggling to come up with a plan moving forward.  Maybe they do have a plan but maybe they don't.  I would love to hang in here for the next few years to see a $1.00 or
