TRANSFER AGENT ISSUES

For those who are planning to vote on any future proposal from Replicel Life Sciences, I strongly recommend that you check with your broker (or Odyssey Trust) to see who your transfer agent happens to be.

Odyssey Trust does not have me on their list of Replicel shareholders despite confirming that they are the transfer agent for Replicel. My broker (TD Direct Investing) has the transfer agent in my accounts listed as Computershare. I am still working to straighten this issue out.

This is a total sh-te show ! After contacting Odyssey Trust I got the same story and not only that at this point they have not even transferred the Computershare data into their system after all these months of representing Replicel. Still no date for a SGM in October as we come to the end of September. I still want to know who are the principals involved with this numbered company other than AS

When will be the AGM? When will the Voting Start? When we should ask our broker regarding the Voting?

No one knows when this SGM (special general meeting) will take place. I assume AS and his numbered company have to have all their ducks in a row before asking Odyssey Trust to send out the information package. I can't see a meeting taking place before November.
