Replicel - Trading Halt Recinded

2024-10-18 18:11 ET - Cease Trade Company Rescinded

Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated May 8, 2024, the exchange has been advised that the cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission dated May 7, 2024, has been revoked.

At the opening, Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the company.

What does that mean to us? I think in first we have to be very cautiously of the Voting which will take Place very soon

Tuesday morning will be very interesting. I think the recinding of the trading halt might be a necessary step in this takeover bid. The biggest question for me is what type of trading will take place ? What will the bid/ask be ? Will there big volume or not ?
