This is a bit confusing to say the least.  What do the above "No's" mean ?

If you hold RP in street name (i.e. broker) you will get no package in the mail. You view it on sedar. You need to ask broker or Odessey for a control no. to vote on line.

Do you have to set-up a profile with SEDAR? Seems like an attempt to make voting as difficult as possible for the small shareholders.
