Some reasons to vote with current management

1.  listing  on  the  TSX   will  cost   at  least  $300,000.00   per year   a  waste  of money    2.   We   won't  have   to  pay  for    FF  costs   if  they  lose  -- this  could  be  a  million $$   or  more    3.  Once    FF   lose   they  are  likely  to  propose   a  resolution   to  sell   the  company  which  all  shareholders  will  get  to  vote   on.  Assuming   that  passes   one  should  make  some  money   from  the  current  stock  price.

All good points. I believe this can be a good company. This market is hard on all commodity assets, oil and gas in particular, gold and silver may be harder hit. But this has been beaten more than most because of the high expectations when it started the dividend. The debt after the buying some assets made some uncomfortable. Four Front is being a vulture on this stock. Its not as bad as some ...more

1. It is normal for any respectful E&P company, especially a dividend paying co., to obtain listing on TSX. In fact, CPG announced today the listing on NYSE. This is not a waste of money. Among other things, senior exchanges have tougher rules plus some institutions or even private investors will not touch anything listed on Venture.
