fairly certain there is a merger between ALX and RPL

Both are halted at same time PLUS that last disposition by RPL was purchased by ALX. Now, will this be a good deal for RPL shareholders. I'm guessing NO, as the buyout price will be quite low. RPL was screwed over long time ago and the only benefit is the solid team at ALX. Let's see what shakes out.
