My bet is we open in the mid $1.30's, then slowly climb above $1.40 over the course of the day. ALX's management team are well known for making diamonds out of chunks of coal, and I expect nothing less this time.

hey they were going to spartan to pinecrest.. ( i bet they are pretty happy that did not happened, and that bonterra outbid pinecrest)..  anyway just goes to show the fineline.. if they did that deal none of this would have happened..
